Burgan Bank has introduced its accounts to the Kuwait Oil Company. The bank had visited Kuwait Oil Company headquarters to showcase its wide range of benefits and services. The premier accounts introduced to the employees of the Kuwait Oil Company were the Thuraya, Yawmi, Premier and the Value account. The bank team interacted at length with the employees of the Kuwait Oil Company and apprised them of the different accounts as well as the different benefits associated with operating each type of account.
The bank’s Chief Retail Banking Officer Ms Muneera Al Mukhaizeem was upbeat on the visit to the Kuwait Oil Company head office. She believes that showcasing the bank’s products within the different departments of the Kuwait Oil Company would create a greater amount of awareness and greater communication, which would benefit both – the bank as well as the company employees.
The bank team explained the features of the different accounts to the Kuwait Oil Company staff. The Al Thuraya account entitles the account holder to an entry in a bi annual sweepstake draw where the winner would walk home with a cash prize.
The Yawmi account holders were entitled to a daily draw. This was the first account in the country that entitled the holders to such a privilege. Under this scheme, the account holder has to deposit a certain amount of money every day for 30 days to be entitled to a daily draw every day.
The Premier account offers a number of different personalized services to its customers. The services are tailored to each customer and are unique according to the lifestyle of its customers. Customers have the benefit of banking through a Personal Banking Executive.
They also have access to exclusive premier lounges in the bank’s branches. They would also have access to different lifestyle offers and discounts that the bank periodically offers through its partner merchant establishments.
